Tommasi Craft normally ships within 1-2 weeks (business days) from purchase date, sometimes sooner. Customized orders may very. If you are in need of a order sooner please call or text (813)580-2237 or email We request that you specify a specific ship date, “arrive on” target date and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

We cannot guaranty a specific arrival or performance by the carriers once a package leaves our facility. Depending on your order you may receive a email about an extended shipping date.

All shipping charges are based on carriers fees and cannot be lowered or discounted. We strive for you to receive your ordered merchandise in an excellent state. As with all parcel carriers, your shipment may be subject to normal transit handling. If you have any shipping related questions or concerns with your order please feel free to email us at

 *If you encounter problem with any of your shipments from Tommasi Craft, please do the following:

  • Inspect packages before signing for them. Have the driver report on obvious damage.

  • Photograph damage yourself and send them to us at please include in the email your order number.

  • File a claim with the carrier.

  • Call or text at anytime 24/ 7 to (813)580-2237 and report any damage or shortages the same day of delivery, not days later. If reported later than the day of delivery, returns and exchange by not be possible. 


We accept returns only 1 day past day of delivery, if:

  • Returns are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

  • Returns must be received in new condition, undamaged; unworn, and unopened. Items returned with obvious damage may be subject to refusal. If you have questions on the condition of an item you want to return or exchange feel free to send us a picture with your name and order number to or text 813-580-2237

  • Returned displays must have full quantity of items. If  the display is missing any items your return will be shipped back to you and your payment will not be returned.

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping fees to or from our warehouse.
